$299/night, 2-night minimum

A 50% deposit is due at lease signing and the balance is due 2 months prior to the reservation date. If reservation is less than 60 days away, payment in full is due at the time of lease signing.

A security deposit of $500 is required. This is 100% refundable, after inspection, within 10 days via US Mail.
