The May Caper
815 Beach Avenue is an ocean-front Victorian house in the historic district of Cape May. The May Caper was built in 1876 and retains much of its original architectural details. We have large rooms, high ceilings & on-site parking. We have a fan in every room and cool ocean breezes. We do not have air conditioning. There are two balconies on the 2nd floor that offer a full view of the ocean & a large sweeping wrap-around porch on the 1st floor.
The May Caper can be rented as a whole house or as two apartments.
House Rules:
There is no smoking in the house.
No large parties are permitted.
No pets
You are responsible for leaving the house clean & in good shape. If you wish to hire our cleaning service we will provide you with the contact information
2024 Rental Rates
We usually rent by the week from Saturday – Saturday
The whole house is $10,500 per week.
*$500 security deposit
