Cute and convenient, dog-friendly rental home on the island! This 2 bedroom cottage is nestled in a quiet neighborhood straight up Broadway Ave from the West Cape May beaches, by the peaceful Garrett Family Preserve and near the tranquil canal.
With over 1,000 square feet of living space, the Blue Whale has a spacious living room with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, and a dining area.
Both bedrooms are large with double closets. The primary bedroom is set up for working remotely with a desk and WiFi. The secondary bedroom is ready for sleepovers with a full and twin bed, and the pull-out queen sofa bed can sleep two additional people. The bathroom has a tub and shower, and all paper products are provided.
Outside, relax in Adirondack chairs, dine under string lights, and enjoy the fully fenced backyard. Beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and cruisers are provided for fun at nearby Cape May beaches.
Air conditioning units in each room keep the house comfortably cool in the summer, and baseboard heat keeps it very cozy in the off-season.
Up to 2 house-trained dogs are welcome with an additional fee of $150 for one dog, $200 total for two.
The Blue Whale is located on a quiet street and a short drive or bike ride to Cape May’s beautiful beaches, Washington Street Mall, Beach Plum Farm, West End Garage, breweries and wineries, and more! It’s close to Garrett Family Preserve with idyllic trails for hiking, bird-watching, and painting on artist easels. Come stay and experience the best of Cape May.
