Upon entering our home, you step into a cozy screened-in porch with a ceiling fan, followed by an open floor plan including a brand new kitchen with ample seating for 10, new appliances, a coffee/beverage station with under-counter ice maker; a living room with new Burrow sectional couch, tv/streaming service as well as a bonus bedroom (twin bed w twin trundle below) & quaint powder room. Upstairs includes a large new hall bath with a front load washer and dryer and tub/shower, and finally three comfortable bedrooms also with streaming flat screens. The master has a full en-suite bathroom. All rooms have new ceiling fans.
The third floor is a kid’s “bunkhouse” with attached additional powder room. 2 twin beds and a full size futon along with TV and Streaming complete the fun space. 3rd floor has a brand new dedicated Mini-Split. The backyard has a natural gas grill (no tanks to run out!) deck and a picnic patio area with seating along with two-car parking. Also includes beach chairs and a beach cart! You can also enjoy an outdoor shower after a long day at the beach right off the rear deck. New central air installed last year and second floor has a dedicated additional Mini-Split as a back up to the central air.
