In addition, there are 2 futon sofas that fold out to queen-sized beds in the living room area. There are 3 full bathrooms. All bathrooms have a shower, and there is also a bathtub in one of the bathrooms. The second-floor unit has an open design with a vaulted ceiling and a loft area. The loft area has a comfy lounge/TV area and a bedroom with 2 single beds. There are hardwood floors in the kitchen and living room areas, and carpet in the bedrooms and the loft area. There is a large deck attached to the second floor with an outdoor table and chairs and a gas grill. The unit is also equipped with necessities such as Xfinity cable TV and WIFI.
Location
The property is conveniently located approximately 10 blocks from the beach and Washington Street Mall. It is across the street from a local convenience store, West Side Market, and next door to a breakfast restaurant and an Italian bistro. Very convenient for dining and take out. The property is also within a few blocks to numerous West Cape May shops.
No Pets – evidence of pets will cause a default of the lease with immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
No Smoking inside the property. Please be courteous to others who will stay at this property.
