Each unit has the same bedroom configuration. There are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with two sets of single bunk beds. The first-floor unit has a second living room, perfect for kids with games, and movies. The first floor also has a kitchen ett area off the second living room with a sink and second refrigerator. The second-floor units contain a loft area with a bedroom with two single beds, a sitting/ TV area, and furniture to relax, read, and play games. There is also a large deck off the second-floor kitchen. In addition to TVs in the living rooms, there are TVs in the bedrooms with queen-sized beds in both units. Washer/ dryer/ iron & ironing board in each unit The property has central A/C and gas heat. Hot and cold outside showers for both units. Each unit has an outdoor picnic table, furniture, and a gas grill. Pillows, comforters, and blankets are included. Linens are not included. There are two parking spaces for each unit. The streets around the property do not have parking meters, and parking is not hard to find. Located conveniently near a local convenience store, restaurants, and shops. Short walk to beaches and the Washington Street Mall area of Cape May.
No Pets – evidence of pets will cause a default of the lease with immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
