On the first level you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sitting room with TV and a deck for your relaxation. Also, the laundry room with washer and dryer.
In the garage area you will find beach chairs and beach cart for your use, along with a Weber gas grill.
The spacious floor plan on the 2nd floor is bright and cheery with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, large family room with flat screen TV with full cable lineup! And a wrap around deck for outdoor dinging or relaxing. The master suite is also on the 2nd floor with king size bed, full size bath, large closet, and private balcony.

Just a beautiful, spacious, comfortable home with all the amenities you could need! And just 300 yards away is a sight we never expected…. the Delaware Bay Beach! Just a little hike up the hill and you see paradise – your own private island! We have never been on the bay beach and it was delightful and extraordinary in so many ways! Hoping to return again!
