Recently constructed Guest House in tranquil West Cape May. Close proximity to downtown Cape May, beaches, Cape May Point, Willow Creek Winery, Beach Plum Farm, Rea’s Farm Market, West Side Market, and many restaurants. Walking distance to the West Cape May Farmer’s Market behind Borough Hall on Tuesdays in the summertime and Rea’s Farm Market on Bayshore Road just to the West.
The Guest House is situated behind the owner’s home on a large double lot. It features a first floor with a bedroom, full bath, kitchen, and living room area, and a second floor with two ensuite bedrooms. Small dining table inside, and a large dining table on the outdoor patio. Each bedroom features a queen size bed with linens. Each bath includes a full-sized shower stall; bath towels are provided.
High-speed internet is available throughout the house. Recently purchased Smart TV in the living room. The second TV in the large 2nd-floor bedroom will take your USB streaming device – bring your own device. The large sectional couch in the living room is great for movie nights with the family.
The home features a full kitchen with a Keurig or regular coffee maker, a full stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Gas grill on the outdoor patio. Central Air throughout. Large capacity stacked washer and dryer on the first floor. Pack-N-Play and highchair is available on request.
Parking for two vehicles on the property, additional vehicles may park for free on the street.
Two-night minimum stay May 1 – 22, 2025
Three-night minimum stay May 23 – September 6, 2025
Two-night minimum stay September 7 – December 31, 2025

Owners live in the front house and are happy to provide recommendations on area attractions and dining.
No pets or smoking allowed. The maximum guest capacity is six individuals.
2025 Rates
(Host offers a 5% discount for seven-night rentals)
May (2-night min thru 5/22, then 3-night min) – 300/night
June through July 4 (3-night min) – 350/night
July 5 through September 6 (3-night min) – 425/night
September 7 – December 31, (2-night min) – 300/night
A security deposit of $300 and half the rental fee will be due at the time of reservation. The remainder of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to reservation. Security deposits will be returned by check within 7 days of rental, assuming no issues exist in the unit that would require repair. Cashier’s check, money order, or personal check are accepted.
