A 50% deposit is due at lease signing and the balance is due 1 month prior to the reservation date. A security deposit of $500 is required. This is 100% refundable within 2 days of checkout via Venmo or 10 days via US Mail. We highly recommend vacation rental insurance in the event that you need to cancel.
