Additional features include laminate flooring in all living areas, off street parking for up to 4 cars, a large, private outdoor shower with adjacent dressing area, and state of the art high efficiency Mitsubishi air conditioning system. Pets are welcome during your stay as well! ($150 pet fee applies Per Pet). There is a fully fenced yard! Six beach chairs, two umbrellas and a beach cart are provided. *Note: The outdoor shower is in service from May 1st through September 30th.
