The property has a picturesque side yard equipped with a Weber gas grill for outdoor cookouts. The 2-car driveway offers coveted centralized parking for your stay. Additional non-metered parking can be found around the corner on Hughes Street or Columbia Avenue.
Recent renovations/restorations include:
– removal of all wall-to-wall carpeting and refinishing of original wood floors/stairs/Newell posts and spindles
– new AC systems

– new kitchenette and eating area on the first floor
– fully renovated kitchen on the second floor

The first floor contains a living room; and new kitchenette and an eating area – perfect for board games and conversation; a half bathroom; and a first-floor master bedroom with a Tempurpedic king-size bed, television, and ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The second floor contains a second master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a third bedroom with a queen bed and television, a full hall bathroom, and a beautiful kitchen and dining area. The final two bedrooms are located on the third floor, one with a queen size bed and another with a twin bed. A tri-fold memory foam mattress is available to use as well.
In season, nine commercial beach tags are available for guests to use as well as a beach box, stocked with 8 beach chairs. No carrying chairs back and forth to the beach!! There is an outdoor shower for after your days at the beach. For the security of the property and guests, there is a Ring exterior security camera on the porch with views of the front and side porch doors. Guests may bring their own sheets and towels or rent them through a local service. Information on a recommended linen service is provided to all guests after confirmation of booking.

* 3-night minimum, holidays and events. Additional nights can be added.
*plus a $375 cleaning fee and a $1,000 refundable deposit for weekly stays, $650 for shorter stays
