All-inclusive vacation home. Totally renovated. Two blocks from Philadelphia Beach.
Open floor plan on the first floor with living and dining (for 8) areas, plus an open gourmet kitchen with Viking range. French doors from the dining area to a screen porch with an open wrap-around deck behind. A separate den/TV room with full bath can be closed off by pocket doors. A covered front porch with awnings completes the first floor. A washer and dryer are concealed within the kitchen and an attached pantry contains a myriad of kitchen tools and accouterments. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The second floor has a master suite, queen bed, with private bath and an office area. Bedrooms #2 and #3 each have a queen bed and share a full bath with two sinks. There is a covered porch across the rear of the 2nd floor. The third floor has two single beds plus a half bath. There are 3 full and one-half bathrooms plus one outside shower. Beach bikes and beach chairs come with this rental.
Every room in the house, except baths, has at least two windows and a ceiling fan. All 3 covered porches have ceiling fans. There is off-street parking for 2 cars.
This is a non-smoking house and no pets are allowed.

June 15 to June 29 – $6,500
June 29 to August 17 – $7,000
*Change over day is Saturdays
Minimum rental 1 week, commencing 2 PM Saturday to 10 AM the following Saturday. Key exchanged on-site or mailed upon receipt of the final payment.
All rentals plus a $750 Security Deposit to cover possible damage and excess cleaning. Rentals include all utilities. There is no landline telephone.
