January-May – $1,600 per wk (excludes Memorial Weekend)
Memorial May 24th – June 14th – $2,200 per wk
June 21st – Aug 30th – $2,600 per wk
Sept 6th – 20th – $2,200 per wk
Sept 27th – Dec – $1,600 per wk
$55.00 nonrefundable fee for accidental damage insurance. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in after 2:00 PM; Check-out by 10:00 AM. Please provide your own blankets, towels, and linens. Pillows are provided. This is a non-smoking, no pets unit.
