Located 2 and one-half blocks away from Washington Street Mall on Myrtle Ave, The Albert Stevens House is a large Victorian with modern amenities and a beautiful, large heated private pool complete with an amazingly large hot tub. It is rentable only as a house, individual rooms are not rented. The house can sleep up to 30 people in the 12 air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans, HD TV, and 11.5 bathrooms. New kitchen, granite counters, two refrigerators, Keurig coffee machine, additional coffee makers, commercial dishwasher, ice machine, laundry room, Weber gas grill, and fantastic WIFI. You are within walking distance to everything that Cape May has to offer! The beach, mall, festivals, concerts, and some of the best restaurants in town are an easy stroll. With onsite parking for 12 autos, enjoy the assurance of having a parking spot upon your return. There is ample free street parking for anyone else in your party. The two dining rooms can accommodate 24 people with additional seating on the adjacent air-conditioned sun porch. To make your experience even more exceptional, your beds will be made upon arrival. Linens, bath towels including pool towels, toiletries, hand soap, dish soap, some sponges, and trash bags are provided. The pool opens by May 1 and closes the end of October weather permitting.
