We have been coming to Cape May and to this house for several years now. Every summer, we drive from the midwest to stay here and it is our ideal family getaway. Great proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. The house is not your average rental property. It is beautifully appointed but incredibly comfortable. Everything in the house is impeccably maintained….from top of the line kitchen appliances to the landscaped yard. The owners are fantastic. They are responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. Our family spends the school year counting down the days until we can come back!

Wow!! My family of 6 adults and 5 kids just returned from our week-long stay at the Summer House and we all agree it was spectacular. Everything simply met or exceeded expectations..from the immaculately and tastefully decorated spaces to the pristine and colorful yards and landscape, we were simply amazed at the level of attention to detail and perfection. The location was perfect: we walked and rode our bikes to the beach and to Harry’s bar and grill just 3 blocks away, and it seemed as though we were never more than a 5-minute drive from every place we wanted to visit in Cape May. The owners were completely hospitable and helpful, although I must admit that there was rarely any need to call them because they have made everything so convenient and intuitive for house guests. And perhaps the most impressive feature was the absolute freshness of everything: the house just looks and feels like it is brand spanking new. From our entire family, kudos again to the owner and his family for creating and maintaining such a wonderful property!

Last year was our “inaugural” visit to Cape May and to this magnificent property; we knew we had found a gem! We were not disappointed upon our return! The house is exquisitely maintained, clean, tastefully decorated, easy to maneuver, and comfortable. The addition of two new pillow beds made for some late mornings! Bright and welcoming explain both the home and its gracious owners. They make sure they go above and beyond so that your stay be as carefree as possible so you can enjoy the beaches, history, restaurants of Cape May. Though for the cooks, you may not want to leave the top-of-the-line kitchen! Only a short stroll to the beach and bustle of Ocean Drive, though tucked in a quiet neighborhood you immediately feel a part of…We can not wait to return!

Our family has been renting in Cape May for well over 20 years and no other property compares. From the moment we stepped foot in the house five years ago, we knew we could never rent any other house. Upon arrival, we were immediately relaxed. The house is kept immaculate from top to bottom. From the finishes to the furniture to the floor plan, this house is a winner all around. The outdoor space includes a large wrap around porch perfect for relaxing, as well as a large yard for a game of catch. The outside is maintained just as well as the inside. The house is located on a quiet street blocks from the beach and walking distance to town. The location cannot be beat.
The owners could not be more hospitable. They are welcoming and are available to assist us throughout the week should we have questions or need anything. In no way does this house feel like a rental property. This house has exceeded our expectations in every way.
