2024 Weekly Rental Rates
June 15 – June 29: $ 3,200.00 per week
June 29 – July 27: $ 3,500.00 per week
July 27 – Aug 31: $ 3,800.00 per week
Aug 31 – Sept 28: $ 3,200.00 per week
Plus $175 cleaning fee, $ 500.00 damage/excessive cleaning deposit
*a week is Saturday – Saturday
Please note: During the summer season, beach tags can be purchased prior to your visit by contacting the Borough of Cape May Point beach tag director. More information will follow during rental agreement process.
