Exceptionally clean dog-friendly property in a great location. One floor living, central air, beach decor’, great kitchen incl. dishwasher, Keurig and pot coffee makers, bed linens and bath towels provided, WiFi, Xfinity cable tv with (4) tv’s, (4) Beach tags for your use during stay, Beach Box on beach so no need to carry chairs or umbrella, (4) Beach Cruiser style bikes, private fenced backyard with deck and gas grille. Basically just bring your personal items!
2025 Rates
April, May, September, and October are available weekly $2,500.00 – $3,500.00 per week.
June thru Labor Day (2) week minimum stay required. $3,500.00 – $4,000.00 per week

“We have stayed at 1233 Cape May Avenue for the last few years and look forward to our vacation at this property each year. The home is warm and cozy with plenty of space for our family. A bonus is being able to bring along the family dog to enjoy beach time with us. The location is great and it’s a quick walk or bike to the beach. The house has everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. We always make sure to bring along our own linens for our last night stay, but the closets are full of sheets and towels that you can use throughout your stay. The bikes that are in the shed are another favorite for us since we love to ride our bikes to Washington Square Mall. John and Diane are very responsive to any questions or needs that ever come up……hands down the best place for our family!!!!
