This charming home is 1 1/2 blocks to the beach with an open layout. The living and dining areas have all new furniture and a 42″ flat screen TV and blu ray/ DVD player. The living room features a queen plus sized temper pedic sleep sofa(does require King sheets). There is also a full bath on the first floor.The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Additional amenities include a front screened in porch on the first floor, a 2nd floor open deck, rear patio, central air and high-speed wireless internet. Netflix available in the main TV in family room. Property offered in the off season for weekly rentals. Friday to Friday option may be available. Please inquire for more details.
