Cape May, West Cape May, Cape May Point, all of the Wildwoods, and Lower Township all require licenses before you can rent out your property. For properties in Cape May City, call 609-884-9525 and ask for the licensing office.

Then, gather seven of your favorite digital photos of your property, along with a brief description and list of amenities. Email these along with your rates and contact information to . We will assemble a draft of your ad and email it to you for approval. We'll make any changes you require, and then the ad is made live to the public. The entire process takes about a day.
