First Floor Unit

 

This oversized four-bedroom unit features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths in over 2200 sq. ft. of living area. It also has a second living/recreation room with a small kitchenette. There are two large bedrooms with queen beds, one spacious room with twin beds and the biggest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all come together in a unique open format. And there is a breakfast island set up too.

Need more? How about central air and heat, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, outdoor showers, barbecue, three full baths with a Jacuzzi in the master suite, and parking for 2 cars.

If you don't like what's on the 35" television in the living room, you're in luck, each bedroom has a 20" TV. There is another 27" TV in the back living/recreation room. Need to sleep more people? One of the three sofas in the living room opens to become a queen size bed and there is another in the back living room.

Second Floor Unit

 

The second floor unit contains over 2100 sq. ft. of living space that's laid out for comfort and convenience. The unit has 4 spacious bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with 2 single beds, and one with two sets of bunk beds. Still need space? The living room has two futon queen size sofa beds. The living room also has a cathedral ceiling that extents to a loft accessed by a beautiful oak spiral staircase and yes there is additional sleeping for 2 on a futon in the loft.

The open living, dining room and kitchen plan allows for  easy access throughout. In the kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances as well as maple cabinets, dishwasher and a microwave. Dining room seating and sleeping for 14. Three full baths, 20" TV in each room, 35" TV in living room. Giant deck off back of building. Did we mention these extras? Parking for 2 cars, central air, heat, gas barbecue, washer and dryer and the local market is right across the street.
