1213 New York Avenue

A quiet residential neighborhood is the location of our home on New York Avenue between Pittsburgh Avenue and Madison Avenue in tranquil Cape May. Our home has a front porch, an outdoor deck off the Dining Room with outdoor furnishings, a new outdoor shower, charcoal bar-b-que grill, washing machine, etc.

Our home is two blocks from the beach, with private parking available in our driveway and is within walking distance to fine dining, miniature golf, bike rentals, etc. Cape May also features bird watching, golf, water sports and activities, fascinating tours and the largest collection of Victorian homes on the East coast. Cape May is close to Atlantic City; a short drive from Wilmington, Philadelphia, and New York; and a ferry ride from Lewes, Delaware.

We take pride in our home, which has ceiling fans in the Living Room and all four (4) Bedrooms, and central heat. The unit sleeps eight (8) persons maximum. Three bedrooms have full size beds and the fourth Bedroom has two (2) twin beds. A second Bath is located on the second floor. There is a room air conditioner in each of the two bedrooms upstairs. Pillows and blankets are provided but linens and towels are the responsibility of Tenant. This is also a no smoking and no pets unit for the benefit of our tenants.

Our quaintly appointed home has the following amenities: dishwasher, garbage disposal, an electric range, and refrigerator. The kitchen is supplied with a blender, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, electric can opener, basic cooking items, iron/ ironing board, etc.

A 25" TV (with cable) and VCR is located in the living room. The dining area has a table and eight chairs with ceiling fan/ light. There is a second 13" TV (with cable) in the Dining room.
