This house has 4 other apartments. One on the 1st floor, 2 on
the 2nd floor and 1 on the 3rd floor which is owner occupied. This apartment has
been totally renovated for the 2008 season. Everything is brand new. We have a
fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and
toaster. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other bedroom has a bunk
bed. In addition, there is a shared laundry facility, enclosed outdoor shower,
grill, ground level basement for storage of bikes and beach chairs. 1 parking
